Site Location:    Sunshine Hospital, Majorca Street, Sunshine, Victoria

Description:       Construction of new Radiotherapy Building at Sunshine Hospital with
                          4 Chillers, 16 Pumps, 3 MSSB's, 12 AHU's and multiple VAV's.

 

 

 

 

 

Oakhill Apartments

Site Location:    95-99 Tram Road, Doncaster, Victoria

Description:       10 Storey apartment complex with full smoke management system
                          controlled  via Reliable Controls.  Monitoring of building energy
                          consumption.  Carbon dioxide control of carpark exhaust system.

 

 

 

 

 

BER - Building the Education Revolution

Site Location:   Various Victorian State Primary Schools

Description:      Energy Management system to over 35 schools in the Melbourne Metro
                         area, using Reliable Controls.  Each school has a weather station 
                         that records and displays information on outside temperature, wind speed
                         and direction and rain status.  Energy consumption, water usage, inside
                         room temperature, inside carbon dioxide levels and collected rain water
                         levels are also recorded.  All the information is displayed on 32" monitors
                         within the newly constructed building, accessible by both teachers and
                         students.

 

 

Colton Close Aged Care Facility

Site Location:   1-19 York Street, Glenroy, Victoria

Description:      Replace existing failing BMS with new Reliable Controls (Mach ProSys and
                         Mach1 controllers).  This includes chillers boilers, pumps, AHU's with hot and
                         cold decks and multiple zone controls to the 150 bed aged care facility.

 

 

Maribyrnong Secondary College

Site Location:  River Street, Maribyrnong, Victoria

Description:     New gymnasium and sporting complex with Daikin and Reliable Controls.

 

 

Village Roadshow

Site Location:  180 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria

Description:     Complete controls and mechanical electrical upgrade with new MSSB and
                        Reliable BACnet controllers to four storey office complex. 

 

 

NAB

Site Location:   800 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria

Description:      Complete refurbishment to NAB offices on ground and first floor with FCUs
                         and Building Management System control.
